Turkey appliances maker buys Chinese company
Arcelik AS, Turkey’s biggest maker of household appliances, has completed its purchase of Chinese washing-machine maker Changzhou Casa Shinco Appliances Co.
The deal changes the company’s name to Beko Electrical Appliances Co. Arcelik agreed to pay 60 million yuan (US$8 million) for the Chinese company.
